Collaged hybrid trees are everywhere – I had to take a break from them and decided on something small and sculptural. See my little birds. I have a gorgeous old birdless birdcage that will soon be occupied.

Note the Alphington Art invitation as the exhibition does continue for the week – see specific hours.  The headpeice or fascinator is for my daughter who will wear it to the Derby Day horse races.  This is one of the big events of the Spring Racing Carnival.

Very soon I will have the front garden overhauled.  A new design with some gorgeous plants including a persimmon tree and a forest pansy plus lots of other smaller plants – it should be planted by the end of this week I’ll keep you posted.
