Pencil drawing

It’s Autumn but still very much Summer weather.

It’s hard to be very productive when the weather is so hot.  I was thinking about my poor dog Ninna (almost 6 months old).  My daughter bought her a wading pool which she quite liked but eventually bit a hole in the top part (see in photo).  As you know I’m a fan of pitt pencils – I found a new colour ‘sanguine’ and enjoyed drawing these two small images just as a start.   The street pic is from Akland Street in St. Kilda (near the beach), had lunch and visited Linden Gallery – well worth a look, I’m also in it with three artworks.
