Antipodean Art Exhibition in Carlton.
You are invited to attend an Art Exhibition on Tuesday Night August 16th at Steps Gallery in Carlton (near Trades Hall). See details below for more information and please note it is only on for 8 days. I have three limited edition images that I will be showing which will be available framed or unframed, plus a very special collaboration with Artist /Woodcarver Nikos Siouzos of a woman in a traditional Greek Costume and the man in a Pontian Greek Costume. If you are in Melbourne please drop in and have a look. I have met some very interesting artists and seen some wonderful work that I think you will enjoy in this exhibition.
The exhibition is supported by The Greek-Australian Cultural League of Melbourne.
Greek islands buildings abstracted.
This was a commissioned gift for a couple that fell in love with Naxos.
I’m in an exciting exhibition called Antipodean Palette.
I was lucky enough to be invited to exhibit with this very interesting group in an exhibition (their fourth) called Antipodean Palette.
The opening was last night and was so brilliantly organised by the ‘Greek Australian Cultural League of Melbourne.
We had several speakers including special guest and proficient speaker Professor Nick Papastergiadis, beautiful music by male female duo Polixeni, great food and great Australian wine flowed all night.
Best of all we the artists were invited to exhibit on a Greek Ionion Island ‘Kefalonia’ at the Centre for the Arts and Culture. Fantastic.
Yet to discuss but an exciting prospect for me.
